KARNATAKA BANK’S   

Memorandum of Understanding with

KUBOTA AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY INDIA PVT LTD.

 

Karnataka Bank Ltd, has entered in to a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kubota Agricultural Machinery India Pvt Ltd for financing to customers who purchase their Combine Harvester, Rice transplanter and Tractors of various models.  The company is Manufacturing and marketing of Combine Harvester for the past several years which is used for harvesting paddy, wheat and other crops.  

 

The finance will be extended under Bank’s "KBL - KRISHIK SARATHI SCHEME". The customers availing finance under this MoU will get an attractive price discount per each unit of machinery. The machinery financed under the said scheme will carry  warranty for a period of one year from the date of sale.

 

Sri B.Ashok Hegde, General Manager of the Bank and Mr. Masayasu Otsuka, Deputy Managing Director of Kubota Agricultural Machinery India Pvt Ltd  signed the MoU. Sri S.Anandarama Adiga, Deputy General Manager, Sri Jagadish Moleyar, Assistant General Manager,Sri Ramesh Bhat, Chief Manager, Sri. Ramesh Vaidya, Manager (Agriculture) and Sri Sapthagiri, Kubota Agricultural Machinery India Pvt Ltd were also present.
