Meeting of Customer Service Committee of Directors
As per the directive of the Reserve Bank of India, banks are required to constitute a Customer Service Committee of the Board to enable the banks to formulate policies and assess the compliance internally and with a view to strengthening the corporate governance structure in the banking system and also to bring about the ongoing improvements in the quality of customer service provided by the banks. In this regard, a meeting was held at Karnataka Bank Limited on 10.08.2011.
Sarvashri D. Harshendra Kumar, Dr. H.Ramamohan (Directors of the Bank), Ananthakrishna, Chairman, P.Jayarama Bhat, Managing Director, P. Jairama Hande, General Manager, K.G.Ramesh Rao, Balachandra Y.V. (Deputy General Managers) were present along with Non-official members Sarvashri P. Sooryanarayana Rao and Leo Crasta.
