REVISED CHARGES (Excluding applicable Service Tax)

 

 

MULTI BRANCH BANKING FACILITY - CURRENT ACCOUNT:

 

I. Requirement of Balance:

 

 

 

TIERS

#MAB is average of daily closing balance over the number of days in the month & calculated at the end of the month.

*DMB is end of the day balance.

Non-maintenance of Minimum Balance charges and other service charges on CAGEN will be as per Annexure – A (Sl. No.10).

 

II. Cash withdrawal facilities & charges.

 

At Base Branch (Subject to rules & regulations in force from time to time)

Free up to Rs.5 lacs per day thereafter, Rs.3/- per thousand or part thereof with a minimum of Rs.30/-.

 

 

Maximum cash withdrawal allowed per day ‘By Self’ is less than Rs.10 Lakhs in all schemes.

Maximum cash withdrawal allowed per day through 3rd party cheques is Rs.15000/- for CA Gen account and Rs.50,000/- per day for all other schemes.   

 

The withdrawals at non base branches are only with prior intimation by the account holder and its approval by the paying branch.

 

III. Payment of Multicity Cheques and charges thereon. Number of transactions per month under the free limit should not be more than the number mentioned there on for each scheme. Above that, from the next transaction onwards, charges are applicable as indicated, even if the aggregate value is within free limit

IV. Fund transfer from MBB Account to any other account of the same/other customer within KBL (Such debits are to be supported by cheque and to be effected only by base branch):  Number of transactions under the free limit, outside the clearing zone should not be more than the number mentioned there on for each scheme. Above that, charges are applicable as indicated, even if the aggregate value is within free limit.

V. VI. Collections

Cash Deposit at base-branch. (Subject to rules & regulations in force from time to time)

Free upto Rs 25 lacs per month. Beyond that @ Rs4/- per Rs. 1000/- or part thereof with a Min of Rs 25/-.

1.In case of fund transferred to MBB account from any other account within the base branch or from a local branch,  wherein the origin of such fund is on account of cash deposit, charges as applicable to the respective tier of the  credited account shall be levied and collected.

2.As it is difficult to ascertain the utilization of Free Limit and Charges thereon for cash remittance at Non-base  branches, Data Centre will issue necessary guidelines on collection of applicable charges.

 

Cheque Collection & Charges thereon

 

At base location – within the clearing zone. (Party can deposit cheques in any of the branch of his convenience within the clearing zone). Deposit by anybody and no question of ‘Self or Authorised Person’ (Subject to rules & regulations in force from time to time)

Outstation Cheque Collection i.e. outstation cheque/s deposited at :

1.       Place of payment for credit to base branch. **

3.      Non-base branch, payable at centres other than the place of deposit. (To be handled like any other OBCs and credited to Base branch account only after clearance). Return instrument, if any, be sent to Base branch and Base branch to collect applicable charges as per Annexure – A (Sl. No. 7 & 8).

VIII. Charges for non-maintenance of stipulated MAB/DMB:

Rs.5,000/- p.m. & the account should be converted into a Normal account if the default persists for three consecutive months.

 

Charges for non-maintenance of stipulated DMB.

Rs.500/- per day for the number of days of non-maintenance of DMB.

SMS Alerts, if subscribed.

SMS Alert on debit transactions (customer induced)  of Rs.25,000/- and above – Free for the first 1 year from the date of introduction of the facility. Thereafter, as decided by the bank from time to time.

X. Statement of Account:

Free monthly e-statements are also available on request and the same shall be sent to those who are authorized to operate the account.

NB: 1. Base Branch/ Location refers to the Branch where the customer maintains his MBB Account.

2. All charges are exclusive of Service Tax, Surcharge etc wherever applicable.

3. All charges and limits are subject to change. The maximum ceiling on charges wherever applicable is as per Annexure – A.

4. Proceeds of cheque/s deposited for collection will be available for utilization only after realization.

5. Charges for any services not covered herein shall be at the prevailing rates as per Annexure – A.

6. A customer is eligible to have MBB account in the Bank under any one particular tier only.

7. ‘Month’ means a calendar month and ‘Year’ means a financial year (April to March), unless specified otherwise.

8. Duplicate Statement are subject to charge as per Annexure – A.

9. Branches shall monitor all MBB accounts properly.
