Steps to Ensure Money-Click Login.

For Internet Explorer:

1) Is Your Browser Support Cipher Strength of 128 bits?

· Open Internet Explorer

· Go to Help

· Click on About Internet Explorer

ü Internet Explorer Version Should Be 5.5 and above

ü Cipher Strength should be 128 bits**.

· If not found Click here to download the patch and install.

2) Is your Browser Java/Java Script Enabled?

A.

· Open Internet Explorer

· Go to “Tools”

· Go to “ Internet Options”

· Go to “General Tabs”

· Go to “Temporary Internet Files”

· Go to Settings

· Radio Button For Every Visit to the page to be Enabled.

Ø If Not Enabled then check the Radio Button and click on OK to save the Settings.

B.

· Open Internet Explorer

· Go to “Tools”

· Go to “Internet Options”

· Go to “Security”

· Click on “Internet”

· Click on Custom Level (scroll down)

ü Check Microsoft VM is available?

· If Not, Click Here to download and Install.

· Restart the Machine

C.

· Open Internet Explorer

· Go to “Tools”

· Go to “Internet Options”

· Go to “Security”

· Click on “Internet”

· Click on Custom Level

· Go to Scripting

· Radio Button for Active Scripting and Scripting of Java Applets to be enabled.

· Save the setting by pressing OK, then Close the browser session and Start a new Browser Session.

3) Is Pop Up Blocker enabled in your browser?

If any client firewall is existing and popup blocker is enabled.

· Login to Karnataka bank website

· Go to “Tools”

· Go to “Pop up Blocking settings”

· Add "moneyclick.karnatakabank.co.in" and close

· Restart the Dial-up or Broadband Internet Connection

· Go to http://www.karnatakabank.com/ and click on Retail or Cyber Kids or Corporate banking link.

Alternate Suggested Settings for MoneyClick Login if Java 1.4 x and above Installed

If the customer PC is installed with JAVA 1.4.x above then following settings may be suggested to enable MoneyClick login.

Pre-requisite: JAVA / JRE should be installed in the PC.

I) Settings for User Pc Installed Java/JRE

STEP 1:

Customer with Java/JRE 1.5:

Open ->Control Panel ->click Java (Java (TM) Control Panel) -> Advanced -> Applet Tag Support --> Check Internet Explorer check box

Customer with Java/JRE 1.6:

Open ->Control Panel ->click Java (Java (TM) Control Panel) -> Advanced -> Default Java for Browsers -> Check Internet Explorer check box

STEP 2:

Open Internet Explorer -> Go to 'Tools' Select the 'Internet Options' -> Locate the tab labeled 'Advanced' and click on it -> Scroll through the list of settings until you see the 'Java' category -> Use your mouse to place a check in the box beside the only setting option under 'Java.' This setting option is 'Use JRE 1.5.0_05.'(It might vary depending on the version installed) -> Click ok.

2) Settings for Enabling JavaScript:

FOR IE 7 or 8

To enable JavaScript. From the Tools menu, or the Tools drop-down in the upper right, choose Internet Options -> Click the Security tab -> Click Custom Level -> Scroll to the "Scripting" section of the list. Click Enable -> Close and restart your browser.

"Scripting for Java Applets" --> enable

FOR IE 6

To enable JavaScript. From the Tools menu, or the Tools drop-down in the upper right, choose Internet Options -> Click the Security tab -> Click Custom Level

JavaScript: Scroll to the "Active scripting" section of the list (under "Scripting") Click Enable.

"Scripting for Java Applets" --> enable

Once this is done browser needs to be closed and restarted again.

2) Settings for Enabling JavaScript:

To enable JavaScript. From the Tools menu, choose Options -> Click the Content tab -> Tick check box "Enable JavaScript" & "Enable Java".Click OK,Close and restart your browser.
